On September 26, Nya Syndab went viral after posting via twitter that her “mom” a black single parent of two had “became a doctor at 50″. She went on to explain how it took her mom 6 1/2 years to complete” her studies while praising her parent as “amazing.” Proving that you don’t have to be swift to win a race if you have endurance. Or in other words tortoise and the hare.
