According to the “New York Post” Suzanne Thompson a spokeswoman for Shelby County Election Commission said a poll worker had been terminated after refusing an undetermined amount of black voters due to stereotyping and prejudice based on them wearing ” I Can’t Breathe” t-shirts in honor of the late George Floyd and Eric Garner two black males who died by the hands of police.

Was the firing enough or did that poll worker break the law?
