A child within the Amarillo Independent School District in Texas that was in the kindergarten has perished from Covid-19 according to KAMR an NBC affiliate. The parents reported that their child who “loved learning” died shortly after the diagnosis. They also stated that the toddler “became very sleepy” and started to “vomit” when they brought her to the hospital but showed no other usual signs of the virus such as a “fever or cough”. Lastassija White the mother said doctors told her the child would be “fine”. But the young girl passed within 24 hours of the positive test.
