On Sunday morning Donald Trump stated that “He won because the election was Rigged.” Many took that claim as a acceptance of defeat or distant concession. According to Trump’s Attorney Rudy Giuliana that statement was neither and the President was being “sarcastic” and has no intention on conceding. Giuliana also went on to say that “corrupt machines” deleted “millions” of votes calling the U.S. election “illegal”.
