Ben Watkins had a lovable face that was hard to forget but one that did not underestimate his fierce resilence going on to compete on Masterchef Jr. after the tragic loss of his mother at the hands of his father in what was later confirmed to be a murder suicide. Watkins hailed from Gary, Indiana and was diagnosed with a aggressive rare form of cancer (Angiomatoid Fibrous Histiocytoma) that only 1 in 6 people in the world are said to have and was 14 at his passing:(
