Ex Rap Producer Weldon Angelos Receives Presidential Pardon

A well known ex producer, social justice activist and Snoop Dogg affiliate, Weldon Angelos is the latest person to receive a pardon from President Trump. Angelos was originally arrested for distributing $350 worth of marijuana to a confidential officer while carrying a concealed gun and received a brutal sentence that entailed 55 years in prison without the possibility of parole. The prominent music exec produced Snoop Doggs 2002 “We From The LBC” soundtrack and shortly thereafter was targeted in a sting operation that was alleged to be directed at hip-hop artist. Angelos thanked Donald Trump via Instagram saying “Feels great to have been fully pardoned by the President of the United States. He continued “Now it’s time for more pardons and commutations. Former President Barack Obama was responsible for commuting Angelo’s initial sentence in 2016 according to Fox13.
