Earlier this week Kanye West exposed his plan to assist in building a “smart city” comparable to the one Akon is constructing in Senegal. He stated during an appearance on the “Joe Rogan Experience” that he is “engaged with Haiti’s government” and said this venture would create jobs, support farming and boost robust “development” in a “very beautiful country.”
