Rapper Meek Mill has found himself on the wrong side of controversy after offering a rap deal to stop the violence in his hometown of Philadelphia.
Stating on Sunday “I’ll get all the main artist in Philly a deal if they put them bodies behind them and squash the beefs…I hear about.” Many took the statement as putting avenging dead family members “behind them” to get money saying it wasn’t an option and actually took offense to the natives remarks. Going on to flood the “Stay Woke” MC’s twitter feed with slander according to COMPLEX. Shortly after Meek Mill chose to deactivate his account until his project was released.
