
Sugary drinks have skyrocketed and so has their consumption globally. According to recent studies conducted by the “Nutritional Epidemiology Research team” results have concluded that there is no cardiovascular difference between artificial sweeteners and regular sugar. Despite the use of sucralose, aspartame, or stevia the risk of suffering a stroke, heart attack, or poor circulation remained the same as regular sugar use.
